How to Use the Transform Daily Companion
Run your day through Morning check-in, Execution, and Evening review — daily anchors, morning modes, today’s challenge, and the evening evidence log that changes your self-image.
How to Use the Transform Daily Companion
Once your cycle exists, opening Transform no longer shows a wizard — it shows the daily companion. This is where the transformation actually happens, one day at a time. It reads the time of day and your state and puts the right thing in front of you: set the tone in the morning, do the work during the day, close the loop at night.
Operational Directive
The day has three moves — morning check-in, execution, evening review — and the companion always shows the one that is due. Do the morning first; it opens the rest of the day.
Section ProtocolThe three phases of a day
| Phase | When | What you do |
|---|---|---|
| Morning | Start of day, before you log | Pick a mode; get your objective and coaching brief |
| Execution | During the day | Work your Daily Anchors, the non-negotiables |
| Evening | After 5pm, once anchors are due | Check off anchors, name the challenge, log evidence |
Section ProtocolMorning
Choose your mode for the day — Sharp, Neutral, or Struggling. Struggling opens a short emotional first-aid tool; Sharp confirms your identity and points you at the day. If a curriculum blueprint is attached, you also get a coaching brief (the phase, the week, today’s law) and a daily objective. The morning check-in gates the rest of the flow, so it comes first.
Section ProtocolExecution
Your Daily Anchors are the non-negotiables that prove the identity — the keystone one is starred. Work them during the day. Check-off itself opens in the evening, so an inactive checkbox at noon is expected, not broken. If an anchor is linked to a Grow habit, you complete it in Grow and it flows back here automatically. Miss a day and a gentle recovery banner appears; miss two and it shifts to a firmer reset with your worst-day minimum.
Section ProtocolEvening
Three quick moves close the day: check off your anchors; name today’s challenge (what was hardest — getting started, staying focused, not giving up, disruption, or overwhelm); and log one piece of evidence — one thing you actually did that proves the new identity. With a curriculum attached, you also get an evening reflection prompt.
Section ProtocolEvidence is the point
The evening evidence log is the quiet engine of the whole module. Each entry — an action taken, a decision made, resistance overcome, a skill applied — is a vote for the new self-image. A cycle is not won by a big transformation on day 90; it is won by ninety small pieces of proof that the person already exists.
⚠Common Traps
Section ProtocolWorked example
It is a rough morning, so Meera picks Struggling; the first-aid tool helps her name the anxiety and shrink the task. She does not hit her full ninety minutes, but she does one twenty-five-minute block — her worst-day minimum. That evening she checks the anchor, names the challenge as "getting started", and logs evidence: "Sat down and wrote one paragraph despite wanting to bail." A miss avoided; a vote cast.
