By accessing or using JeevanAxis, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and JeevanAxis regarding your use of the platform.

1. Eligibility and Account

To use JeevanAxis, you must be at least 18 years of age. If you are under the age of 18, you may only use JeevanAxis under the supervision and with the explicit consent of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms.

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• All activities that occur under your account.

2. Use of Service

JeevanAxis grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any illegal or unauthorised purpose.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or related networks.
• Sublicense, resell, or distribute the service to any third party.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

Our services include both free and paid (Premium) features.

• Billing: Premium subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis.
• Processing: Payments are processed via Razorpay. By subscribing, you agree to their terms and conditions.
• Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access remains active until the end of the current billing cycle.
• Refunds: Subject to our Refund Policy.

4. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain all ownership rights to the data, tasks, and reflections you input into JeevanAxis. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to host and process this data solely to provide the service to you.

Our Property: All software, design, code, graphics, and branding are the exclusive property of JeevanAxis and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JeevanAxis shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless JeevanAxis and its affiliates from any claims, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the service or your violation of these Terms.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we determine you have violated these Terms or engaged in activities harmful to the platform or other users. You may terminate your account at any time by requesting deletion via settings or email.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.

9. Force Majeure

JeevanAxis shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, war, strikes, or internet outages.
