How to Use Transform Reflect (Weekly Review and Journal)

A 90-day cycle that never pauses to look at itself drifts. Reflect is Transform’s weekly checkpoint — a short, tap-based strategic review of your trajectory and identity that ends by setting one adjustment for the week ahead — plus the full archive of everything you have journaled during the cycle.

Operational Directive

The weekly review takes about three minutes and ends with a single adjustment for next week. That one adjustment then resurfaces on your daily Hub, so the review actually steers the days that follow.

Section Protocol
Running the weekly review

The review is deliberately fast and mostly tap-based so you will actually do it. It walks you through how the week went, confirms the identity you are building toward, and asks for one focused decision: the single adjustment for next week. Keep that adjustment small and concrete — "move the anchor to right after coffee" beats "try harder." Because it reappears on your Hub, a specific adjustment quietly shapes every day until the next review.

The journal archive

Everything you capture during the cycle — morning intentions, evening reflections, evidence entries, and free notes — collects here. Rereading it is one of the most motivating things you can do mid-cycle: the evidence trail makes visible how much the new identity has already shown up, especially on the days that felt like nothing was working.

Worked example

At her weekly review, Meera notices her evening anchor kept slipping because she was drained by 9pm. Her adjustment for next week: "Do the anchor right after lunch instead of after dinner." It shows up on her Hub each day, she moves the block, and the following review confirms the streak recovered. One small, specific decision — exactly what the weekly review is for.
